Response and others
I decided to stay because the receptionist before the application was very good. Parking is also usually very close and inexpensive for smaller people, so I recommend it. The bath was probably the old size but it was very small and the water flow seemed to be a bit clogged. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay next time.

Too bad.
The inside of the building was also old and poorly cleaned, with dust and mold everywhere. I'm very sorry because the response from the employees was great. There are no repeats.

Lack of veterans and integrity of young staff
I used it on a weekday in November 2025, and during my three-day stay for two nights, the following happened: Listed in chronological order.
① There was rust inside the guest room pot
→Contact the front desk. Replaced by male staff (veteran)
② Hot water only came out of the washbasin faucet
→ Tell the front desk when you go out and ask for correspondence
③ The guest room door was left open when I returned from the outing
→ I contacted the front desk and a female staff (young) came to check it out.
④ Damage to the replaced pot
→Contact the front desk and exchange by female staff (younger).
⑤ Shampoo was not set in the bathroom
→Contact the front desk and exchange by male staff (veteran).
As mentioned above, we contacted the front desk for each of these requests. However, the response from the supposedly veteran male staff seemed light, especially regarding shampoo (v), which was handed to him with one hand, and he said, "Well, use this. Sorry." As for the last excuse, I pretended to be rude as I walked away. I was very sorry that I did not receive a formal apology.
I've been using business hotels for my own travel for about 15 years, and this has never happened before. It was the first time to do something like (3) in particular. We felt it was also a serious security issue, so we formally sent a written opinion to the operator. Later, we received a response, explaining the causes of each and preventing recurrence.
Lastly, I would like to add that while the veteran staff was very helpful, the younger staff was very polite. He listened to us very carefully and I felt sincere. We would like to take this opportunity to thank those staff for their busy response. It was a young force following up on the inadequacy of veterans. It should be zero stars, but it is one star in hopes of young staff.
Finally, to the hotel staff. Since I am also in the hospitality business, I will express my thoughts on that.
You can respond to failures with an apology, but you can't undo the 'time you should have had' that your customers were expecting. Bear in mind that you have ruined your valuable time.

It is a good hotel with a good cost.
I stayed the day before the event. It takes about 15 minutes from the station. It depends on the time, but it is hard because there are many people on the way. The place is quiet and there are convenience stores, supermarkets and lots of places to eat around. The facilities are old, but I think it's good to consider the cost. The staff were also kind.
