The ending was very disappointing

This was my first time using this hotel.
The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and clean, the view was great, and my family was pleased.
The buffet-style meal that my son was looking forward to had a wide variety of options, and I was impressed with the menu, which I felt was made with health in mind.
The restaurant staff were very nice, and I thought I would like to use this hotel again until the second night.
However, on the day we returned home, the breakfast seat was at the back of the restaurant, where we couldn't see the food or the staff.
I think my family members who were eating with us felt the same way, as there was no conversation during the meal.
The other seats had been cleared away and there were many empty seats, so I think it was due to the restaurant's timing, but the difference in service was very disappointing, considering we paid the same price.
It was a shame that we were left with a scar at the very end, as everything had been so good up until then.
More than anything, I'm sad that I made my family feel this way.
I felt that they should really think about what true hospitality is.

A nice spa hotel to stay.

This is a 4 star spa hotel where they serve good japanese buffet dinner. I could see only japanese stay here. The room is very big with a big tea appreciation area. Toilet and bath are in 2 separate areas. There is a small kitchen area with a cooker. Strongly recommended
