"Hotel Concept" and "Guest's Need" match to make it the best place to stay!
Rooms vary in form, but are larger than typical hotels. It consists of a bedroom, a living room with a large table and a simple sink (we call it a doma), and a sink, bath and toilet. There is also a terrace, with a large sofa, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and a view of the ocean. There are also Bluetooth speakers, which make it very comfortable. There is no TV.
There is also a simple sink and a large refrigerator, but the microwave is basically a gathering facility for heating half-cooked room service ingredients.
Regarding equipment, pajamas and loungewear, which look like work clothes at the top and bottom, are provided. The beach sandals for going out were very good quality and easy to wear. After the evening, the grounds would be pitch black (though there would be lights at key points), so there were flashlights like maglites and insect repellent. It was a fulfilling experience to stay almost empty-handed.
The only places you can eat are the Alou Grill and Banta Cafe at the southern end, and the central dining area. Breakfast is served in the dining room and Banta Café, but costs more than Y4000. Dinner is served at Alou Grill and Dining. The food is good, but the prices are still quite high. Breakfast was especially difficult to use.
In the gathering square, there is a heated swimming pool nearby, drinks are available, high quality souvenirs, and it is a very comfortable place to relax.
On the first day, we headed to the hotel, relying on the navigation system, but the hotel site and the outside world were separated by clutter, and there were no information signs, so even with the navigation system we were lost as to where the entrance was. I think it depends on the performance of the navigation system, but it was my first experience.
Check-in is done at the relatively southerly reception, but the check-out is done at the counter of the Gathering House in the central part of the city, which was closed by the time I got there after 9 p.m. For this reason, we had to move around the premises during checkout (^_^;
Banta Cafe, which overlooks the ocean, is always bustling. Especially during the day, the sofas and cabanas around the cafe were occupied for a long time and were not very available. I know how you feel because you have a good view and can eat, but it seemed better to sell the usage rights for a fee in these conditions.
Overall, it is a very difficult hotel to evaluate. That is why I think this trip adviser rating is divided into threes.
First of all, it was not a question of price, and it was not easy to eat.
It was hard to get around, and it felt like a lot of hassle to call a cart.
Some of the staff were good at communication, and some of them had no reaction if they were off duty or not when we delivered the morning greetings. At the gathering house, they serve drinks such as juice and awamori as "evening breaks." "I didn't have a glass, so I asked him where he was, and he just said, ""It's there."" I couldn't find it, so I asked again and it was eventually out of stock, and I was sorry to have to deal with it on the street without grasping and checking the condition.
In addition, because we wanted to check on the local situation before visiting, even if we looked up the contact method, it would only lead to a call center that could handle all calls, and in the end, we were transferred to Okinawa, which was inconvenient because the matter was resolved.
However, the quality and content of each service provided in the hotel was high and very favorable.
