Even though it was old, it was a relaxing hotel, and I could almost call it a regular accommodation.

Upsetting stay - hot and stuffy room
Ramada Plaza Jeju - First ever hotel that has no air-conditioning and they do not inform this when we are booking. Felt so shorted.
Room is stuffy, no ventilation, warm at 27.5degC. Very unpleasant experience for a holiday and first time in Jeju. Had to make do with an electric fan but even that there is no air circulation as the windows can only open by a bit.
Really upsetting and holiday spoiler.

Nice old hotel on ocean front
The lifts were very old and slow. Some lifts were not working.
The breakfast spread was excellent. The restaurant space was limited, hence there was always a queue in peak hours. Some of the captains managing the guests near the restaurant during breakfast hours were rude.
The beds and pillows were very comfotable.
Staff in the concierge were very friendly and helpful. They kept our bags after we checked out free of cost, till we left for the airport.

Excellent view, good water pressure, expensive breakfast, old rooms (a little bit clean), friendly staff
1. It has the best water pressure. Strong water pressure increases satisfaction.
2. The bed is very great. You can experience comfortable sleep.
3. The lowest price increases the satisfaction of the hotel.
4. It has excellent quality as a healthy breakfast.
5. Good view.
Disadvantages
1, the room is obsolete.
2. It was impossible to clean differently than usual.

Stay at your own risk. Wife got electrocuted in the bathroom - kid was lucky to escape. Poor socket maintenance.
The reason I discovered was they haven’t cleaned the bathroom sockets and it has a lot of dust, which then combined with the natural humidity in a bathroom is a disaster waiting to happen. The same issue was found in the new room we shifted into. Guest safety doesn’t seem to be a priority for this hotel and it seems they have been cutting corners with respect to critical maintenance- something as basic as keeping the electrical sockets clean.

저는 2024년 9월 12일부터 16일까지 머물렀습니다. 오늘 아내가 우리가 머물렀던 방의 화장실에서 헤어드라이어를 욕실 소켓에 꽂자마자 감전사했습니다. 이로 인해 방도 단락되어 전기가 끊겼습니다. 헤어드라이어는 딸이 사용하기로 되어 있었는데 딸은 안 다친 게 다행인데 아내는 다쳤어요. 어떤 일이든 일어날 수 있었습니다. 아내가 받은 감전에도 불구하고 다행히 합선으로 인해 화재가 발생하거나 더 심각한 상황은 발생하지 않았습니다. 이 게시물 이후에는 방을 사용할 수 없었고 그들은 우리를 다른 방으로 옮겨주어 거의 저녁 내내 시간을 낭비했습니다.
내가 발견한 이유는 그들이 욕실 소켓을 청소하지 않았고 먼지가 너무 많아서 욕실의 자연 습도와 결합하면 재앙이 일어나기를 기다리고 있다는 것입니다. 우리가 이사한 새 방에서도 같은 문제가 발견되었습니다. 이 호텔에서는 투숙객의 안전이 우선순위가 아닌 것 같으며 전기 소켓을 깨끗하게 유지하는 것과 같은 기본적인 유지 관리와 관련하여 최소한의 노력을 기울이고 있는 것 같습니다.
