Very nice and charming place, service from the staff, excellent, rooms nice and clean. Only problem was the nightclub they have as a neighbor, very noisy until late night.

The sausage that came with the western breakfast was rancid. Did not use hotel restaurant for the remainder of the stay, including the breakfast.
The air conditioner was fine but the total lack of construction insulation kept the room warm. Daylight can be seen coming thru the roof.
The floor tile is scarred worn. No value here 😢

This time unfortunately I was put in a room that backed on to a nightclub, earplugs are provided but they don’t make for a good nights sleep. I managed to doze off once the club closed early morning.
At first glance it looks lovely, but on closer inspection it could really use a bit of TLC. The bed linen, sun loungers, and towels are all showing their age. It seems like it was once very busy, but maintenance has fallen behind, leaving things feeling a little tired.

The property is beautiful, with charming architecture that blends traditional Khmer design and modern comfort. My room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with local touches that made it feel both cozy and elegant.
The garden and pool area were peaceful and lush, a perfect retreat after exploring Battambang. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.
The location is also ideal—tucked away just enough to be quiet and relaxing, but still within walking distance or a short tuk-tuk ride to everything in town. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Battambang.

The room is beautiful but I don't love the tiles. I wish they installed a ceiling fan at the balcony.
Bathroom tiles are a bit tired. I don't like how they put the shower gel etc in a bottle.
I wish they provided slippers as the room floor is fully tiled, not wooden flooring. The room also doesn't have phone, so for sny request, you have to go down.
The staff were great, spoke good English and they recommended a great tuktuk driver and booked our bus ticket to Siem Reap. The hotel did not charge extra for the services.
