All round a nice hotel but with a few easy to resolve niggles

Lovely hotel in the centre of Siem Reap close to night market, pub street and centre of the city. Hotel is very luxurious on first impressions, we didn't give it 5 stars due to a couple of niggles though our 3 night stay. The first night the shower handle snapped off I my wife's hand she was mortified, then at 2.30am the air conditioning unit on the balcony woke us up making a huge noise. It appears the casing outside had melted and shattered going into the fan. The ahoqer aslo leaked all over the floor each timecyou showered. Tbf these things were fixed very quickly. Food at the hotel was good, but the evening set menu was very similar each night so after the first two nights we desperate for something different. Drinks at the hotel were very high 5$ for the smallest beer, $7 for a large bottle of water. So we bought at a fraction of the price opposite in the supermarket and consumed before dinner. They staff were also very reluctant to give you the free water with dinner. There were an abundance of staff eager to help everywhere in the hotel, but if you asked a question they couldn't make a decision and had to refer it to a manager. All this said, yes we enjoyed our stay, The hotel pool was fab, you couldn't get to a deck chair before someone was running towards you with a towel.

Great service and fantastic spa

I stayed there for 3 days the hotel is a medium quality hotel , rooms and beds, aircondition needs to be updated .
but but but! ! they have a spa ,who is world class I was so lucky to get massage by Rotha, the leading therapist and it was fantastic
Her hand are sensitive but so strong, at the same time . she picks up the troubled areas and fixed them
So ask for Rotha when you go there

Lovely location for rest after busy days

Beautiful pool. Spacious room. Nice, if firm, bed. Lovely bathroom. Responsive staff. Lovely surroundings. Good breakfast.

Nice amenities, beautiful hotel with tons of wood work. Rooms don’t have iron but have all other appliances, very clean, firm king bed, pool facing, good size balcony but cannot keep the balcony door open otherwise room get filled with mosquitoes. Spa services are there but very expensive compared to outside. Tons of spas and shopping places right outside the hotel.
