Lovely, Unique, and a Perfect Location

This unique hotel was elegantly furnished yet unfussy—designed to relax and the perfect place to stay to enjoy lovely Bromont’s many downtown shops and restaurants—all walkable within a few minutes. Martin was a warm and charming host.

Rather disappointed.

I was disappointed with my experience. Given the price, I would have expected a much more elaborate lunch. As far as I am concerned, the offering is not worthy of a Bed & Breakfast of this category.

We're soaking up another era, a warm Mood!

Conveniently located in the heart of the picturesque town of Bromont, this hotel opens its doors with a warm Welcoming. The beds and bedding are comfortable and cozy. Common airs of tranquility and tasteful decor. Two spas and a sauna are at our disposal and the courtyard is inviting, pleasant and cozy. We were two couples and we loved it!

Just okay.

Based on the photos and comments on the different sites we had high expectations of this hostel, unfortunately we were disappointed. Indeed the hostel is very well located and very charming. However, the rooms (we rented two) were damp. The one in the basement, although well decorated, gives off a very strong smell of moisture. Sincerely, it should no longer be rented. Breakfast is very basic, offering different breads (including croissants), baked ham and a single variety of cheese. For the price, it’s disappointing. We were well received but the host leaves the premises quickly... in short, not warm and would benefit from being more cared for for for the amount required.

Very Disappointing….Spend your money elsewhere!

We arrived in Bromont for a relaxing golf getaway….it is a charming town! We had a nice room at the Auberge Nuits de St.-George but everything else was very disappointing. When we arrived at the Auberge our key was left in an envelope at the front door along with a sheet of paper giving basic instructions and advising us that breakfast was only served on the weekends (this despite our confirmation on Booking.com that indicated breakfast was 8-10am daily). Our room was on the second floor - a steep set of stairs which was no problem for us but no elevator and there was never anyone around if you need help with your bags (the reception door was closed/locked for our entire 4 night stay). Our room was quite spacious, the bed very comfortable and there was a small fridge but no coffee maker (we were advised that we could go downstairs to use the coffee maker in their breakfast area). Our bathroom was not updated - it is very small with a tub/shower combo with a shower curtain and a very basic shower head with poor water pressure. At the end of our first day we returned to our room to find the unmade bed and damp towels in the small bathroom…..there are no housekeeping services! I had to phone the cell # of the manager/owner to request that someone bring us some fresh towels as there are no staff to be found anywhere. On more than one morning, we went down to the breakfast area to make coffee and the machine was out of water or pods. While this Auberge is very nicely located in the old town, it represents itself as an inn/hotel but you are basically getting an airbnb type room and very few amenities. Your money is better spent elsewhere!

Bonjour, je tiens à vous exprimer ma déception face au séjour que vous avez passé chez nous. Bien que vos occupations durant la journée n’aient malheureusement pas permis notre rencontre, je vous confirme que y étions à chaque jour. Dommage que vous n’ayez pas mentionné dans votre généreux commentaire, que votre demande a été répondu dans la minute suivant votre appel par Nicole, un membre de notre magnifique équipe qui habite sur place 24/24 et qui se dédit à répondre au besoin de notre exceptionnel clientèle.
Effectivement la salle de bain de la chambre (au plus bas tarif que vous avez choisi) est petite, mais contrairement à vos dire, elle est fraichement rénovée. Désolé que vous soyez déçu de votre choix, car nous aurions su mieux combler vos attentes avec un suite supérieure avec grande salle bain, au rez-de-chaussée. Heureusement votre commentaire contraste grandement avec l’appréciation de notre clientèle que nous avons su fidéliser avec les années et qui sont en mesure d’apprécier l’expérience offert.
