Breakfast was great, staff were kind, located minutes from the transit station and metro mall. Would definitely stay again in the future.

The room at the hotel was ~ an 8. This is a hotel that looks more like a motel. Rooms are access from outside. The hallways and sidewalks were not as clean as the rest of the hotel.
I understand the business of the hotel but after driving for >12hrs I did not appreciate being told that even though they had available rooms I had to pay $20 to get my room for early check in (2 hours). At the end it was my decision. I am positive they would not give me $20 back if I check out 2 hours early.
I will certainly avoid staying at this hotel next time.

Disappointed!
This hotel is very tired. The breakfast area is fine and the service in this area was great. I guess you almost get what you pay for!

It’s a motel, not a hotel. Very basic, the room was pretty iffy and they didn’t have all the sports channels to watch a Jays game. Comfy bed though.

Very Good Location
The location is quite good. Close to Metrotown and two different skytrain stations. They have recently done some updating of rooms. They have changed the breakfast room. It is much better than before. Upstairs with lots of windows. Much brighter than before. The breakfast could be improved. Only one type/flavour of yogurt. Also they serve bacon only every other day. On the other days they serve a sausage patty that borders on disgusting. Everything else is pretty standard fare for an included breakfast. Would we stay here again? Yes it has a great location for us.
