Beware Breakfast
Good location, an easy walk to local restaurants, comfortable room, at check-in we were asked what time we'd like breakfast, not sure why as there was only one other couple in the dining area, 2 staff on duty, 1 of who crossed us off a list, presented us with trays,then returned to chat to her co-workers at reception.
Easy enough to help ourselves, the hot food was lukewarm and I avoided the 'scrambled' egg which sat in one solid lump daring me to cut myself a slice.
Praise for having 2 toasters, I've been in many places where 100 guests have made do with 1.
We finished up, cleared up and delivered our trays to the trolley, a team member re-appeared to check that we'd tidied up and to check that we'd left a tip, we didn't.
