Superior breakfast experience

Chose this hotel for a repeat visit after having an amazing breakfast experience. Chef Nibesh making fresh omelettes/eggs from scratch in front of you, managers serving the tables, asking if there’s anything else we need… They provided a superior experience and started our day of in the best way. Will return!!

The safe in our room was inoperable and we informed staff. No repair was done. Information on Hotels.com was incorrect for the room we booked and the laundry machines were broken. Hall carpets were dirty on the second floor.

Check in was very difficult. We arrived at 11:15 pm and the person checking us in was not able to speak functional English. She was not logged into the computer system and as such was not able to check us in. She kept trying different things and was not able to tell me what I was waiting for in the process. Eventually, at my insistence, she called her manager who came and took care of things but it was a very long wait to get checked in and the frustrating part is to now know what the issue is and how long it was going to take or how it was going to be resolved.

Great hospitality with a lot of noise from traffic

The staff at this hotel is amazing, very friendly and inviting. Unfortunately this hotel is situated along a very busy road that runs along the full length of the hotel and the road noise is awful. We had two sound machines going and the noise from traffic was still very loud.

We are a family of 5 and have stayed at this hotel for both our trips in Edmonton recently July 1-4, 2026 & in April 2019. This hotel still looks well kept since 2019. The check-in was smooth, parking was convenient with secured underground, room was clean & modern, breakfast was delicious (eggs, omelette, fresh fruits, juices/coffee/tea, etc). The pool/hot tub & gym that’s shared with connecting neighbour Four Points hotel is also great. Location is close to downtown & foods etc. We will be staying here the next time we’re in Edmonton. Thanks for your great service here 👌
