We booked somewhere else last month, it was great. Decided to try Ramada this month. We were put in a room a stones throw from the drive through and were awake at the crack of summer dawn due to the work trucks getting their coffee. We told the lady at the front desk and she just laughed and said ok . Didnt apologize or anything. Will be going back to the other place for the next trip.

Just meh. Comfortable bed. Sheer curtain missing hooks. Noisy AC. Continental breakfast is edible but could be much better if compared to other hotels. Breakfast room floors dirty from crew boots and coffee machine dirty and slow. Tim Hortons next door is a bonus.

The room was comfortable, breakfast very good. But after I got settled into my room for an hour, I could hear this loud thumping noise every 5 minutes. I went downstairs to check. I met one of the staff and asked what the noise was. Her response was what noise, and it was only the front door opening. I went over to the front door and opened and closed it, but no noise. She called the helpful lady at the front desk, to change my room. In the process of changing my room, this loud noise happened again. She said that it is from the gym and people dropping dumb bells. Like OMG and to the First Lady, please show a little more respect to senior citizens. Be truthful.

I paid for two rooms in advance, one for myself and one for my business partner. The hotel charged him directly for his room in addition to what I had paid in advance.
