Good nights sleep but they need some sort of sign up for the shuttle bus back to hotel

Room was great. Stayed July 9th. Also stayed end of May. We used the indoor pool in May .. it seemed a little chilly but was nice. We could see the outside pool from our room this last stay. It looked nice .. shallow & deep ends! The room was very nice. 2 large beds, fridge, TV etc. Sink has a small area to itself & toilet / tub are in another small area. Great for getting ready in the mornings. The last room we had in July also had a little kitchenette with another skin! Beds were comfortable - had a great nights sleep. The thing that needs repairing is how you catch the shuttle back to the hotel when you come home from your vacation. 3 of us landed (including an 8 year old) - we called the phone # they gave us - shuttle was on its way & they told us to wait by the glass building. We got there & only 2 other gentlemen were waiting. Then a Large group of people arrived. When the shuttle was pulling up - one man said get your suitcases ready! They rushed their suitcases to the shuttle & jumped in the van. I was at the back with 1 of the gentlemen who was there before us & we were trying to make sure our suitcases got in the van. Last to get the suitcases in & no where for us to sit! All the late people butted in line! You need a number system. We should have been 2nd group to get on! The First Gentlemen there apologized to me & the shuttle driver apologized but none of the later people to arrive offered to give us their seat! Our suitcases went to the hotel without us & we had to wait for the shuttle to come back to get us & take us to the hotel. The whole ordeal took close to an hour! Next time I probably will Not stay at the hotel - I will just park at the airport! Sorry, but you lost my business & I travel a lot. After being away, everyone is tired. The little 8 year old girl with us acted more like an adult than the Large group of people who jumped in line in front of us!

Booked for 2 nights, we are leaving after the first!

Worst bathroom ever! As big as a wardrobe… a small wardrobe, we are suffocating in there! Do not trust the photos on their site. We had booked for 2 nights, we are leaving after the first night… never again for us at this place. There are motels 100 times better than this!

Think about it before booking. I told them, this is the last time ‍♀️

After several years we went to this hotel this is the last time this week. We had been there last November and it was still fair. This week we were charged for the airport shuttle. It is written on the site it is free. Room not great, not even a dryer and could iron. No washcloth dirty sheets. Parking not cleaned after customers left and for new arrivals Lunch is not like before. No more muffins and yogurt. Too selective.

Basic but does the job

This hotel is tired but it is clean and checks all the boxes- free shuttle and breakfast, elevator, a/c, swimming pool, restaurant and VERY friendly staff. It is perfect for a night before or after a flight - just adjust your expectations. The restaurant is more of a sports bar and stays open late.

Was expecting a lot more for the price. If it wasn’t for the location, this would be considered a low income hotel.
