Great value hotel

Great value hotel, friendly staff who are happy to help with anything. Rooms are spacious clean, with a fridge TV kettle etc all provided. Good showers with constant hot water and plenty of towels. Beds very comfortable and loads of pillows.
Sauna hot tub and pool are all very good with pool towels available. Very good location in jasper I’d highly recommend this hotel. We’d definitely stay here again.

The last resort resort

Our suite was old, tired and gloomy. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel, but the cost did not reflect this. We are struggling to reconcile the amount spent on our 3 night stay.
The sofa bed was dirty, uncomfortable and the corner of the mattress kept falling down through a gap. It did not fulfil its function as a bed and we ended up exhausted from lack of sleep.
The only positives were the proximity to central Jasper, and the staff were all friendly and professional. Pia in particular was really helpful, giving us recommendations for local restaurants and activities.
We wouldnt stay again, and we would not recommend, it’s far too expensive for what it is.

Upscale price for a flophouse experience .

We had not planned to stay overnight in Jasper but my travelling companion did not feel up to continuing so we took what we could find and I sacrificed $600 on my credit card. After spending the night I understand why this was the only room open in Jasper.
It was a suite, so nice to have the elbow room but the first thing that greets you are the stains on the carpet. We were warned there was no air conditioning but it was a cool mountain evening so I wasn’t worried. What I wasn’t warned was that there was no heat, and no extra blankets. I took the sofa bed which is the most uncomfortable sofa bed I have ever slept on. I seriously considered moving to the floor at 3 am but remember - no extra blankets and the stains?
My travelling companion was excited to see a fireplace in the room. It was just a facade. No heat, not evening fake flame lights. She was also looking forward to a hot steamy massage shower - but again all those nozzles were just for show. Only the ordinary shower head worked and the water pressure was low enough that it took ages to get the shampoo out of your hair and if you stood more than 1/2 way across this modestly sized slippery shower enclosure only your feet would get wet - because the drain did not keep up to the water flow.
Next time I will sleep in my car.

No major complaints……

Not fancy, a bit worn, but clearly efforts are made to keep the motel viable. Rates are reasonable as a result. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. One bed was comfortable but one of them had broken piece of bed frame and sunk a bit in the middle. Small laundry area was busy but handy. Staff we interacted with were polite and helpful. Really felt like some of the reviews were overly negative and was a bit concerned prior to our stay but ultimately no major complaints.

Good to stay only they r not providing microwave in room so no facilities at all for microwave in this hotel
