Abysmal site and wretched accommodations.

If it was possible to assign a lower number that would be our first choice. Please avoid this place like a bad smell, which is, apparently, one of its features. The room we were assigned was damp and moldy. There were no towels until we asked for them. We also had to ask for soap and a bath mat. The TV only offered nine channels, all the rest were 'extra'. The bed had only a bottom sheet and no top sheet. The shams were allegedly pillows. The staff were unapologetic but steadfast about charging their full rate. This 'Classique' place only belongs in a Hitchcock movie. Avoid it and do yourselves a favour.

Stay rotten, don't go there.

Very bad stay. I strongly advise against it.
Supporting photos for those concerned, defective lock without additional bar, we had to put chairs to prevent intrusions during the night. Painting and smutty masonry work in room 106, as if entrusted to a blind person or addict in need. Suspicious local wildlife: during our stay, a drug addict in short supply was tearing down a mosquito net to keep the fabric, another dressed long and masked in a 38 degree day was caught entering a client's truck in the parking lot and another Hispanic had set up outside our room for several hours with his cell phone, I had to argue with him to get him out of here. I assume he was waiting until nightfall to break in. Cleanliness of the dubious bath, we hesitate to know if the curtain was dirty or simply stained by the job of paint pig. The icing on the sundae: the email sent to ask us for our opinion contains a link inviting us to comment on the stay is non-functional. When you inspect the email, you can clearly see that the hyperlink has been removed, I imagine it is one way or another to limit negative comments.

Does the job..

Booked via hotels.com for 125$.
Arrived around 5pm and room was ready, with a few feets from my car
.
Room was rather spartiate and in need of a renovation. Two double beds with oldish sheets, clean but old. Mid sized wall mounted tv with Bell cable box. Easy to connect a media stick. Fridge and microwave. Good wifi. No desks but more of a round dining table with a few chairs. Bathroom has peeling paint but clean and good water pressure. Outside pool closed for season. If nothing else is available, this is passable.

I read the previous reviews and thought, ok, I will give it a shot. The good news is that the beds were comfy and decent tv. The bad news, uncontrollable bath faucet while the hot water was pouring at my feet and the shower temp was from hot to cold. Probably 2 volts in the bathroom plug, dirty ceilings with water damage in the bathroom, leftover from someone else’s soap, peeling paint on the walls and half the plugs were too lose to work. We were afraid to bring unwanted tiny travellers back home. I stayed at the Chelsea downtown Toronto for the same rate! Never ever going back there again! I feel sorry to write a bad review (and for the lady at reception that seems to be handling it all), and I usually don’t, but this place deserved it.
