Lovely space much nicer than we expected - loved the little kitchen the bathroom was very nice shower gets super hot, very comfortable bed, the breakfast was so lovely as well

Overall, it did the trick for the one night we were there.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all kinds of gadgets (fondue set, toaster oven, microwave, mini fridge, Keurig, etc.) and dishes, cups, bowls, cutlery etc. *No full oven or cook top though.
There’s a tv across from the bed, however no living room/sitting area in the unit (just a small bar top table with two stools). The bathroom is very nice and well equipped but its door is right beside the head of the bed. The outdoor area is nice but it’s shared with the 2 other rental units and the owner who lives above all three (essentially his backyard). He was friendly enough but could definitely hear muffled conversations from his unit above so the insolation wasn’t great.
Again, good for a one night stay if you’re just in and out for the night but I wouldn’t personally do a prolonged vacation there, where I’d want more privacy or where a rainy day would have me staying inside (and confined to a bed as there’s no where to really sit).
Breakfast was provided in the fridge and included two small cereal boxes, milk, two pieces of banana bread, two hard boiled eggs, two bananas, and I believe there was some other small items too..

The first thing that stands out is owner of the place. He keeps his place super clean. He is fast to address questions and small requests. He quickly fixes things (dead bulb, broken hanger).

Very nice and quiet place. We were met and everything was explained to us. There was breakfast waiting for us in the fridge

Very friendly owner. Quiet, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast is fantastic (and portable!)
