An enjoyable stay
I recently spent ~3 weeks in and out of Tru by Hilton Oshawa. I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is only about 6 months old so it is very clean and well-kept. The rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. The staff are very kind, welcoming and do their best to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Chemona at the front desk and Isha at breakfast were just two of the many staff who provided great service while I was there. I would absolutely stay again!

G. Day. I have been staying there for the last 3 months. From the front desk to the breakfast staff cleaning staff everyone is great. Clean rooms great towels great breakfast can’t say enough. 10-10. Place

A very nice modern hotel with great staff and service.
This is a very nice modern hotel with great staff and service. Easy Check-in and Checkout, modern rooms with very comfortable beds, large showers, great air conditioning as we are in a heat wave and the staff follows up after checking in via text to make sure you are good with the room and have everything needed.

Average Stay
Travelling on business, I usually stay at Hampton Inns throughout Ontario. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet my expectations. The desk area and lighting were not adequate for working, and the room was very small. There was no coffee maker or closet to properly store business attire, which made the room less practical for a business trip.
The hotel is new, and the room was clean, but there was an odd smell in the hallways. Price was great but did not choose it based on pricing. Review gave it 4.8 which is inccurate.

Great family stay!
This hotel is very well run. The staff is attentive and pleasant. One of my kids locked himself out of our conjoining room and Saniya at the front desk went above and beyond to solve our issue. She was one of the highlights of our trip. We will be returning.
