STAY AWAY from ALL of Beach 1 properties! - Thieves

DISGUSTING! Hairs in the bed, floors lookd like they have never been swept! Bathroom was infested by spinders and main door was infested by aunts. 100's of them! All this and they claimed I loose my security deposit beacasue one towel was not returned because I had to use it to stop theshower from flooding the room. Still after being proactive to replace the tawel that came in the room (mine was new from walmart minus the stains) and they are now ghosting my calls, emails. texts. Debating on paying the $67.50 to take them to Small Claims just for how douchy they have treated me. STAY AWAY from ALL of Beach1.com properies, they are all the same thuggy owners.

Terrible Motel

Nasty dirty place full of black toxic mold...We ended up going elsewhere because the smell of mold was so bad...We emailed the manager and explained that we could not stay there and sent pictures...We asked for some type of refund and we were totally ignored...We sent 3 emails and called numerous times and never received a response back...Terrible motel and terrible management...This place should be condemned.

Would never stay here again!

This place should be condemned. Didn't even use the shower because it was gross. provided small bath towels. no hand towels or facecloths. TV connection didn't work. this is a bare, bare minimum hotel. Outside is overtired and needs work. limited parking room. was rated by booking.com as a 2 star - nope. the only thing going for it was the location and the staff. I would not stay here ever again. the hotel room for one night during the week was over $200 including taxes - NOT worth it!

Not the worst, not the best.

Pretty much what I expected from reading the reviews, I had to check-in by phoning the hotel (in the rain). I was frustrated trying to open the lockbox in a storm.
Beds are uncomfortable. We booked a 2 bedroom suite, A/C didn’t really work and was only in one of the rooms.
It is a great location, quick walk to the beach, LCBO, shops etc. My daughter enjoyed the Netflix in the room.
I found it odd there was no garbage can, not in the bathrooms or bedrooms. We had to find our own. Also no glasses for water. I recommend bringing your own water anyway, the tap water wasn’t great.
It wasn’t the best but not the worst motel I’ve stayed in. I would stay somewhere else next time I visit Wasaga but we still had a good experience nonetheless.

Poor Management

Terrible Management! no one on staff after 4:00 PM had to help latecomers get their rooms, refuses to respond to phone calls and texts, had a horrible experience here - do not stay here! I will be pursuing my issue with this dump regardless whether I get my money back or not. Very unprofessional Management. Knowing a H2Oi Car Rally was coming that weekend, and riots broke out - still no one on staff! awful motel - will never go back - DONT GO!!!
