Loved our 3 night stay here. The staff are wonderful the breakfast was delicious and the room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Definitely recommend this place the air conditioning was top notch a welcome relief from the heatwave outside.

Beware - unauthorized credit card charge (in addition to $250 deposit). They charged me an additional $10 the day after I checked out. I emailed manger, who replied, ”parking fee”. I emailed back that I have no car and have never learnt to drive. Manager replied again, “our front desk had detailed vehicle information listed on your reservation”. But the front desk staff could NOT have had any vehicle information, as I have no driving license (I used my Ontario Government ID when checking in). Now as this was taken a day later than the additional $250 deposit, customers may not notice such extra charge? Regarding that ($250) deposit - at check in I asked for a transaction receipt, but was told it would only be available upon checking out. When time came to check out, I was told that was not true. Being a cautious traveller, I also asked at checkout that the room be checked beforeI left + confirmation be given that there would be no deductions (had this written on the hotel receipt, as it still did not mention deposit). At the front desk, I mentioned that I just wanted there to be no future issues & staff member said she understood and gave me manager’s card. Ironic, then that later they still made an unauthorized credit card transaction. Other than that, breakfast is fine for the room price. Area outside not seeming safe for evening walking (homeless and people high on drugs), but it is very close to the tunnel entrance to cross over to/from USA.

The keys had to be reprogrammed every day. Breakfast was sparse 2 of the morning. Some staff were rude and snarky

Good size room, very clean but needs updating. Our biggest concern was the area....the area had many homeless and drug users, people drinking all over the place, also people with mental health issues.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
