City hotel

Great hotel in the city center, nice terrace.
Nice pool, room neat, bed fine.
Excellent breakfast, nice staff

We recommend, we will be back.

Friendly. Rooms not very large, but with balcony. Friendly staff and ready to solve all questions and to advise services and locations. Reasonable bar service. Small snacks are served for snacks or light meals. Good breakfasts.

Well located hotel but requires an upgrade, fine for a one night stay.

Definitely not a four star hotel, three star at best. Whilst the foyer, dining room and outdoor seating area are acceptable, sadly the bedrooms are below average and badly in need of an upgrade. The bathrooms in particular are tiny and uncomfortable. The stairs to the bedroom floors creak as does the lift and the bedroom allocated to me on the second floor was beside the lift and didn’t augur well for a restful nights sleep. The location is good close to the water and the main attractions.

Average hotel

The location of the hotel is ideal/center
Access to the Hotel itself is not suitable for wheelchair users/or walking difficulties due to a staircase 15 steps approximately.
Clumsy if you have heavy suitcases.
The lobby looks spacious/ quite modern.
Staff vd reception very nice
The rooms imo did not radiate 4*, but good mattress.
Leaky bidet faucet, lots of ants that ran everywhere, on the bed, desk on the ground in the room itself, but especially in the bathroom.
Reported here, smiling response male receptionist "but they are not dangerous"

Balcony back very narrow, old weathered wooden chairs.
View from the balcony and pool magnificent.
Pool and grounds were well maintained.
Food.. The buffet breakfast after 11 days very, very monotonous. Hot dishes very occasionally variety. The tables were half set.
Manager(?) did a short round, thoughtful but....
Food in the Bar/Lobby was way too salty, steak with mushrooms and egg.
Shrimp salad, lettuce was the best.
Outside seating area very much that was very nice, overlooking the square.
Cleaning staff vd rooms except 1 madam(always looked angry(?) was very helpful and friendly.
The security shiftingly attentive.
On departure our suitcases were carried down which was very nice, also helped to put the suitcases in the car.
Conclusion
IMO not worth 4 stars 3 stars fine.

its a nice hotel. we love it uere, i think we will go here again, nothing wrong. nice weather fun events free drinks i recommend. animation team good
