The expertise of local artisans is enhanced with touches of Italian style and good taste. Here the advantages of staying in an apartment are doubled with the ease of staying in a hotel. After a buffet breakfast, during the day at the bar people can try sandwiches, omelettes and cocktails at sunset. And when the night comes, one can choose among the typical local restaurants but also ask for a capeverdean dinner, served at his own apartment. Highly recommended

We just spent a few days in an apartment with a wonderful view of the ocean. Francesco, the owner, is a very kind and helpful person, ready to suggest and organize the various activities that the island offers. Excellent cleaning service, friendliness from all the staff, beach just steps away with the possibility of engaging in various activities (kayaking, surfing, snorkeling). A brief but intense experience on this island, among wind, dunes, and ocean.

Cozy Aparthotel by the Beach – Relaxing Stay

A cozy aparthotel with good breakfasts – simple but sufficient, with all fresh ingredients. The hotel is located by the beach, perfect for someone who doesn’t expect resorts with pools and all-inclusive. Tastefully decorated, preserving Cape Verdean tradition. The apartment was comfortable, cleaned daily, with a wide selection of books in different languages. We were lucky to get an apartment on the first floor with a beautiful balcony. We had a very relaxing stay.

For a perfect and relaxed holiday

Ca Nicola is an experience. Perfect atmosphere that makes you feel in paradise. All nice people that make you feel home. If you need advice or an excursion, just ask and they are happy to fully help and organize. Located right at Estoril beach with a beautiful view and beach clubs and restaurants at very short distance. Discover the Island with its friendly people and (safe) local kitchen, instead of staying far away from Sal Rei in an AI.

Cozy accommodation with perfect location

Our family stayed at the cozy Ca Nicola a week in November. We got a fantastic room with two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The location is perfect, right on the beach. Comfortable beds, functional kitchen and very well cleaned. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a great alternative to anyone who doesn't like all-inclusive and to get close with other tourists. We will return in December.
