Highly recommend

We stayed at Waldorf Astoria West Bay for three nights as a family of four (2 adults and 2 young children), and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had.
After arriving on a 14-hour flight at 4 am, we were exhausted. Khaoula at reception was amazing. She found us a room early, upgraded us to a suite, and even surprised us with a dessert and fruit platter for our anniversary. Travelling with two kids, the extra space made such a difference. She was always happy to help with anything we needed and also arranged a late checkout, which we really appreciated.
The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really makes it special is the staff. Everyone was so warm, friendly and genuinely wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
A big thank you to Amira and Mamata at MURU, Vimukthi and Nan Shuc at YUN, Ar Kar from Concierge, Zion for helping with our luggage and organising everything for our trip to the airport, Sabrina at reception, and Shahid for kindly giving us a little extra time before checkout.
A special mention also to the Director of Operations, Cihan Guven Gurbuz, who took the time to greet guests at breakfast, even on his day off. That really shows the level of care and service at this hotel.
Thank you to the entire team for making our first visit to Doha so memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Class Hotel

Great stay at the Waldorf Astoria West Bay Doha! Perfectly located in West Bay. The rooms were extremely spacious and luxurious, and breakfast was excellent. Special thanks to Shahid from guest relations for taking such great care of us during our stay — his service really stood out. Highly recommend!
