Located near a bazaar and shopping centre, quiet environment, helpful staff even helped call a taxi before I got Yandex working

Fairly close to the center. It can be convenient if you learn how to use the buses. The room is a nice size with lots of space. The "double bed" is really just twin beds pushed together. They are hard so can be uncomfortable to sleep on. The beds don't come with blankets, only a sheet. Since there is no aircon, and only a fan, the room gets quite hot. On the last week I was here my card kept getting deactivated, so I was forced to go to reception every day to reactivate it.

Thank you for your detailed feedback and for choosing our hotel.
We’re sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay were not fully comfortable. You are correct — the “double bed” in this room type consists of two single beds pushed together. We will update the room description to make that clearer. We also appreciate your comments about the mattress firmness.
Regarding the blankets — during summer, we provide only sheets by default, but blankets are always available upon request at the reception. As for the fan, we understand the heat can be uncomfortable and are already considering improved cooling options.
We sincerely apologize for the room card issue; this is not the standard we aim for, and our technical team is now aware and working to prevent it from happening again.

Rough beds and only a fan for cooling. The location is pretty decent if you get a bus or a taxi.
