My Hostel like a Hotel

My Hostel is situated at Dostyk Avenue, close to Dostyk Plaza. I could say that it is a marvelous place. I told, that it's a hostel but the atmosphere there is unforgetable! Because of people of course! Always smiling staff, clean and quite big rooms, not only dormitory rooms but also 2 persons room with own bathroom. Free wi-fi.

It’s a scam to attract customers who proudly state that they have kitchen facilities and say that if they go, they’ll be fined for using the kitchen.

Booking.com even lists it as having kitchen facilities and includes photos of the kitchen. But when I actually went there, it said "no cooking" and "fine for use."
If you post "We have facilities," it means you can use those facilities.
If it says it is air-conditioned, it means you can use air conditioning.
If you post that you have kitchen facilities and you are not allowed to use the kitchen, it is an act to attract customers by fraud.
I told hotel staff to revise the information posted. Other guests were also angry. Despite this, we have not fixed the listing yet and continue to attract customers.
In addition, the inn has many demands on guests.
・Attach your own futon sheets
・You are instructed to clean the sink
・If you don't date the items to put in the refrigerator, the hotel will throw them away on its own, but the guests should prepare pens and paper
For its part, the hotel attracts customers with scams and offers services that you would not expect from a regular hotel, such as:
・Luggage storage fee
・You can drink tea even though you have tea
For staff use only, guests must not drink
Even though the price is reasonable, I got the impression that the hotel would not do what they normally do, while asking for detailed rules and burdens from the guests.
Overall it was quite uncomfortable and very unimpressive.

If you’re coming to Almaty I don’t recommend you to stay here

What is good in this hostel: location and good kitchen, that’s it. I made a reservation a few days in advance and arrived 10 minutes before the standard check-in time. The man at the reception immediately told me: oh, but we have a group is coming, what to do. What is up to the group for me, I made a reservation in advance. Then he told me that the standard check-in time is 10 minutes, the bed is ready, but we will check-in you in 10 minutes. Seriously? Then he said that the locker is not free, you need to pay to use it. I said I'll think about it. I ended up being checked in 5 minutes before the standard check in time, what a bounty. The room is terribly hot and there is nothing to breathe at all. Then they told me that I was lucky that the room had a window. Later I went down to
the reception to ask about the locker, housekeeping ladies were there and said that I should just leave a deposit for the locker and the money would be returned to me later. So payment or deposit? In the evening I returned to the hostel, this guy was again and I asked him this question, he thought about it and said with a grin that need to make the payment. Well, apparently he runs his own business on lockers. I came into the room, things were lying on my bed and another man was standing with dirty feet, shifting things from my bed to his own. I told him that this is like my bed, to what he said: so what? Here is my stay in Almaty.

大赞啊，这个地方位置非常好，出门就是公交，去核心的几个景点非常方便，徒步就能去国家博物馆和山顶缆车站，左斜对面有商场，类似万达功能，可以取钱吃饭，里面有小米荣耀海尔特步…，右斜对面还有挨着的三家吃饭的地方，中间一家可以蹦迪

Accueil arrogant et désagréable. Je déconseille d’y séjourner.

Première journée à Kazakhstan et après 2 mois au Kirghizistan c’est le choc! Je n’ai jamais rencontré en Asie Centrale le personnel aussi arrogant et désagréable.
A ma demande de me passer le numéro de sa directrice ou manageur - elle a répondu que non et pour que j’aille me plaindre sur les réseaux sociaux. Bon ben, ok, c’est fait :)
Nous avons réservés 2 lits dans le dortoir via booking et finalement annulé devant la personne en question, a cause de son accueil dégoûtant. C’est ce que je lui ai expliqué en directe.
Mais elle avait l’air de s’en foutre complètement, donc nous sommes partis.
Je ne conseille a personne de rester dans une atmosphère pareille et aller chercher un autre endroit pour passer votre séjour.
