Very good hotel

Excellent location, very cozy (but constantly packed) lounge, amazing breakfast. Unfortunately aircon died for a second night, but that happens.

Great hotel

Absolutely central location, perfect for business trips and interacting with governmental bodies. A bit outdated rooms (noisy aircon) but excellent service and breakfast.

What a lovely hotel . And very nice staff. Ainur from guest relations helped me enormously for not getting lost by info about transportation and bus services.

Help with tickets & organisation - just great!

I needed some help with train tickets, futsal tickets and general information.
Ainur from the Guest Relation office was extremely helpful and patient with me!
Im very grateful & happy that I have met her.
I give a 6th star!
