Room is clean and small,shower works well, and I slept remarkable good (with earplugs), staff friendly, breakfast meager. Close to not too interesting bars. Too many church songs. Road is noisy. Good for sleeping

Lovely place with excellent service.

I stayed here for a night en route to Uganda with family. On arrival, the welcome we got was amazing. Lillian, a very kind and pleasant lady quickly served us a glass of nicely prepared juice as she organized for our luggage to be moved to our respective rooms.
The rooms are adequate, very clean with comfortable beds. We enjoyed our a la carte dinner and breakfast was buffet. The staff were very responsive to our needs and ready to make our stay comfortable. Wifi was available in the rooms though the signal was best at the restaurant.
The downside. The parking for residents which gives the first impression needs a facelift.
This is an affordable, place to stay while in Bungoma. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to visitors to this town. Lilian won our hearts.

A great place!!

On arrival you will be met by a very warm team right from the reception, Lilian, is very kind and together with her team they will ensure you have a perfect stay. The rooms are adequate , hot water, T.V, warm comfortable beds, balcony, WiFi(the signal strength was not the best, in the rooms towards the end of the corridor, this was my only major issue). I enjoyed my 3 nights stay here and the team there made it even better ready to go out of their way to assist in any way possible. No gym yet but they are working on it. All in all it is a great place to stay in Bungoma and affordable, I will definitely be back.

A Solid Place with Great Service

I stayed here on a business trip, and it was perfect -- reasonably priced (I had the $25 single), with an adequate breakfast, homey lunch and dinner, laundry, and great service throughout the stay. We had a few power and wifi outages, but that's a regional challenge. Main thing: the rooms are clean and comfy, and the staff are responsive to your needs.
