Outstanding hospitality for Corporate Events
Our team recently held Ariel Corporation’s Advanced Product Training at the Hilton Bogotá from August 24–28, and the experience was excellent from beginning to end.
The hotel provided a highly professional, welcoming setting for a demanding multi-day corporate program. The meeting facilities, food and beverage service, responsiveness, and overall attention to detail helped make the week run smoothly for everyone involved. The Hilton Bogotá is an excellent choice for business meetings, training sessions, and corporate events in Bogotá.
We especially want to recognize Paola Andrea Uribe and Estefany Ruge for their exceptional support. Their professionalism, warmth, organization, and commitment to customer service truly stood out. They were attentive to our group’s needs throughout the event, quick to help whenever something arose, and consistently proactive in making sure every detail was handled. Their support made a meaningful difference in the success of our program.

Coffee was phenomenal
I’ve stayed at the Hilton Bogota many times. Finally stopped into the coffee shop to try a coffee and it was phenomenal. My cappuccino was made with great care by Eloy. He was very friendly and you can tell takes pride in the coffee. Will definitely stop in the next I stay here and I hope Eloy is behind the counter again.

The Great Stay in Bogotá
Hilton Bogotá is great stay.
Staff is like no other, professional, friendly, courteous and helpful. If you happen to stay more than one night, they become like family. You are greeted with an awesome team begining with the Bellhops and/or Concierge followed by the reception staff, all with smiles and ready to assist.
The location is great, restaurants and shopping, although the hotel restaurant, La Ventana has amazing dishes, local infused and traditional plates. Coffee at coffee shop, Devoción meets Colombia’s worlwide reputation as one of the best coffee producers. The staff at restaurant and coffee shop are equal as their counteparts as the reception team.
