Incredible view.

The view from the hotel is AMAZING! I loved it. The room was super spacious (there are several styles), and the bathroom was as well. The service was super good. I know that it is difficult to remodel so many rooms, but it can be done little by little, like changing the bathroom drawers. Even if one is told to walk calmly in the area during the day, it is better to be cautious and travel by Uber.
I would return.

Good experience at the Torre de Cali hotel

Very good choice when visiting Cali, has a good location, is close to the Granada area where there is a wide variety of restaurants. The room on the 15th floor was very spacious and with a nice view of the city. The service was very good from the staff, especially Mr. Orlando Zapata, who shows a great willingness to serve the guest. The toilet in the room was fine, the breakfast menu could improve as it tends to be repetitive, the elevators show that they have their years, but the hotel is in the works for updating them. Generally speaking, it met our expectations.

ELEVATORS

We stayed for one week this September. We like to stay in this hotel and in fact we always do. The rooms are very clean, spacious and affordable and the staff is very nice. Our housekeeper Paula, was very nice, helpful and careful. Mrs. Esther at the restaurant is the kindest and nicest person ever and always very pleasant; we got sick and she prepared us a medicinal tea to get better and it worked. This time we found a problem with the noise and the elevators, there was always a problem with the elevators. After 8:00 pm. you have to call the front desk for them to send you an elevator, it was pretty bad and in the morning sometimes the elevator was so full that you couldn't go down, you needed to go all the way up to be able to get a place inside to go to the lobby. Anyway, I hope they can resolve that problem. We will try the hotel again, we like it and we like the people who work there.

2 staff for the entire hotel. Was like a ghost town. Rooms were lacking decor and amenities.
I checked out after one night as and forfeit my second night as I didn’t want to be there.
