Kindness and comfort

Good service and friendliness, close to Rodadero beach, shops. Pool, good bedrooms, everything clean, good food, very friendly and respectful staff. Its rooms with air conditioning, TV, refrigerator...very good Service...I recommend them.

If something goes missing from your room the hotel is not responsible

The hotel is located 2 blocks from the beach, that may be the only good thing about it. Food is very bad, and the buffet has a few options. But what is so bad is that they have a document behind the door that says that if something goes missing they are not responsible for!!!

Petulant manager, terrible attention.

A hotel with terrible service, we had a reservation for a group of 35 people, 15 rooms among those accommodations for children who were preparing to play a tournament and Mr. Luis, manager of the hotel, decided to reserve the right of admission and one day before admission he simply said that did not receive us. Situation that was told in front of a tourist police officer, forcing them to look for a hotel from one day to the next

Un muy buen hotel

A tres cuadras de la playa, buena comida, siempre dos proteínas en almuerzo y comida, desayunos también con opciones. Tiene cinco pisos y ascensor, habitaciones grandes, con aire acondicionado, baño privado. Hay habitaciones hasta para seis personas. Limpio y muy amables todos los funcionarios del hotel. No es cinco estrellas, pero cuenta con todo lo necesario para unas excelentes vacaciones.

Muy buenas habitaciones con aire y piscina además cuenta con ascensor, está cerca al mar con restaurantes y farmacias cerca estación de policía a dos cuadras, y lo más interesante muy buena atension....
