Superb hotel located near the river with amazing life on Kinshasha
Spacious and very clean room. Very comfortable bedding. Several pools for the pool. Restaurant with great views of the river. Staff can have very nice lunch.

Overrated, overpriced
Who can charge a daily rate of $40+ USD for an average breakfast buffet? The hotel is nice, great brand recognition, but room 1004 needs some attention. The carpet is disgusting and stained, beyond normal use.

A weekend of May 1st
The staff is attentive and very efficient. Clean hotel overall. Excellent location very central.
Breakfast is varied but not necessarily very fresh
A smell of humidity everywhere in the rooms and hallways, stained carpeting, and aging furniture broken mini bar. Good stay overall

Four Nights
The bad - After weeks spent in the north I was looking for Raddison to be my oasis in the hectic city of Brazza. Was disappointed after getting to my accommodation. I had the river view room, and had issues with light fixtures and outlets working, stained carpet, musty smell and a/c that never got cool. Switched rooms and was still disappointed. This hotel did not have rooms on the level of what I have been accustomed to at other Raddison’s. Where the door closes behind you and feel that instant comfort.
The good - common areas were clean modern and stylish. Breakfast was terrific and staff very helpful and friendly throughout the hotel and at all hours. The pool was clean and grounds well maintained. Location is central enough yet tucked away on the Corniche.
Wouldn’t pay that kind of money for that room again.
