Professionalism and warmth, great empathy for all the staff of Hotel Capri, Havana

I booked the flight and hotel through Logitravel, I often travel alone and like to do it through a trusted agency.
My 5 night stay at the Hotel Capri in Havana was very pleasant, largely due to the attention received at all times by the hotel staff.
I advise not to miss the afternoons of the piano bar in the lobby, the pianist is excellent. I highlight the service of the bellboy or baggage waiter, the doorman who always opens the door to guests with a smile, and of course to the breakfast staff, with the sweets in syrup, which reminded me of those made by my mother.
Jorge, the Hotel Commercial who is always attentive to any guest requests.
The pool is small, but very nice and with a bar where there is never a shortage of beer and other a la carte drinks, with hot and cold dishes.

Excellent experience.

The experience at the hotel was very good, the service excellent, especially the restaurant staff, Yanara, Mayara, Argel, Ruben, Juan, and Michel, and at the reception, Adianet, always with a smile. I recommend it to you. I plan to repeat..

Birthday at Hotel Capri

We really had a great time. First class care!! All the hotel workers very attentive and friendly managing to make our stay very pleasant. Thank you Dayamí (Quality and Customer Service Team) for making my birthday an unforgettable day, they filled my day with details.Marino the pool bartender attended to us wonderfully, the restaurant team not to speak and the food very well prepared. And you can't come here and leave without a massage at the SPA, I was new thanks to the hands of this professional Pedro.
