Facilities: The holiday apartments were built in the year 1936 and modernised in 2021. A pleasant ambience awaits guests in 9 non-smoking rooms and an apartment. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Authentic B&B with very friendly staff and good breakfast

We stayed in a room with private bathroom and a queen size bed. Everything was clean and technically fine.
There is only a view of the courtyard..
Breakfast was prepared especially for us (eggs, toast, pancakes and fruit) and also otherwise the friendly hosts were always available for us suburban in English responsive and helpful.
The location was great. Not far from the Malecón. Far enough away from the tourist center, yet within walking distance (15 minutes).
However, if you want it clean and tidy on your doorstep, you should rent a room in the outskirts or in a luxury hotel.

Just fantastic. Very centrally located yet very quiet with beautiful courtyard. The rooms are practical and very clean. The hosts are super friendly.
GREAT breakfast. We really enjoyed the stay. You feel welcome and almost at home.

Experience

Location very well cared for and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. It was 3 nights of a lot of conversation and indications to know the city of Havana. Cleanliness and food are impeccable. The room I stayed in is especially comfortable and beautiful. I recommend staying and enjoy the experience!

Stand out in Havana

The 5 stars went to the staff first of all. So helpful, kind, and try to support you in any way.
Special thanks to Daniel. He made my trip easy with some tips and helped me as a first timer.
I dont usually write reviews but this plavse deserves it!!
The hotel or Casa itself is clean, very nicely removated, and the old 1920 house.
Internet is USD per stay but good and fast.
THE BF is basic but delicious.
Location is good 20 mins from old havana yet quite.
The area is safe!
