Great hotel.
Whenever I go to Cuba I go to this hotel, the staff is very friendly, I want to make special mention of Omar from the club of Havana and Indira Porte from customer service, super competent.

Nice people in my favorite place..

Beautiful hotel, always a must when traveling to Havana. Wonderful staff, especially Ode, Luandi and Daymi who were very helpful today, with great professionalism and a nice smile. They always recognize me and make me feel like family. I thank you and wish you every success.
