AVOID THIS!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY

I have nothing to say about what I liked about this place because I can't recommend it even as a dog boarding place. All the information about the apartment on the website is a lie.
The 25 sq. m room is actually 12 sq. m.
After paying, I was asked to register a deposit and check in a couple of days before my arrival.
Upon arrival, I was denied a key code—they demanded confirmation of all the above-mentioned registrations, and I had to take screenshots and send them via WhatsApp chat. NONSENSE.
Absolutely nothing works in the room.
Wi-Fi hasn't been fixed in two weeks.
TV - only pay channels.
There was no hot water in the morning, and you had to wait 15-20 minutes for the heater to heat it up.
A poster on the door threateningly stated that if you didn't turn off the heater, they would take your deposit.
If you use the air conditioner for more than one minute a day, they would take your deposit.
A very hostile atmosphere with all these threats.
The wardrobe only held 5 hangers - it was a closet that would tilt to the side when opened and had to be held to prevent it from falling onto the bed. The size of the closet was about 160 cm high, 40 cm wide and 40 cm deep - it was more of a closet for a mop and dustpan than a wardrobe.
The mattresses were stained with blood and urine—to my horror, I discovered this when I changed the sheets only seven days later.
Luckily, I slept on a mattress that hadn't been pissed on, but it had red wine and coffee stains.
I flipped the mattresses over and discovered a year's worth of dust and dirt.
The worst part was that during our two-week stay, they brought only two towels and two sheets and simply tossed them under the door.
They presented this handout as a gesture of goodwill and a reward for my stay exceeding 10 days.
Whereas these apartments are rented for a minimum of two nights, and the landlord changes (or perhaps doesn't) the bed linens and towels.
For a guest who has paid for two weeks, they could have changed the towels at least every two days, and the bed linens too.
