We have been going for 49 years and its been great such a nice guy that owns it his name is zach he gives you a great pool and huge mansions im in it right now and its awesome

Just stayed at Athena Beach. We was in block B room 204. Lovely spacious apartment with everything you need! Recommend!

Full kitchen area with all the appliances you need, dining table, lounge area with 2 big sofas, tv and table, small single bed and area for cases etc, ironing board and iron. Spacious bathroom with storage cupboards, bedroom with dressing table, hair dryer, good size wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and shelves. Great size balcony over looking pool area next door.
Pool for apartments is good size, plenty of beds and brollies. Safe, gated complex with alley to the beach. Litterally a 2 min walk. Supermarket over the road. Would highly recommend and deffo stay here again!!

Amazing, fun and relaxing family holiday

We rented a 4 bedroom villa with single sofa bed for 2.5 weeks.
The service and cleanliness were great. The team were responsive and helpful at all times.
The villa was large and spacious with a great accessible kitchen for 9 people.
The pool was amazing and spacious. The beach is a 3 minute walk away with some great snorkelling, boat hire, coffee and restaurants.
The local shops, cocktail, snack bars and restaurants are great and easy to access.

Villa 13, Athena Beach villas

We are a family of five, with 3 children ages 9,12 and 16. We rented villa number 13, and were very pleased with our stay. Andreas, who managed the villa provided wonderful service. He was very prompt to respond to our needs, and we were very pleased with the customer service we received.
The villa was very large and clean. Linens and towels were changed once a week along with cleaning service. Pool area was also nice! Kitchen was nicely stocked with cutlery and utensils so making some food at home was no problem.
The walk to the beach took maximum 2-3 minutes. This is a nice beach with clear and clean water, and water sports was available. The only thing missing on this beach was a beach bar. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented at beach. We paid 17 Eurostar for 5 chairs and 2 umbrellas when we went to the beach.
We would definitely rent this villa again!
Lots of restaurants in Panera (area where the villa is located). Would recommend Doma and Novello, great service and good food! If you take a taxi into Protaras center, there are slit more restaurants and shops to choose from. Takes about 5 minutes drive from the villa.
Wound also recommend doing shopping in Protaras center if you plan to cook in the villa. Shops in Panera don’t have as much selection as the ones in Protaras. Best Buy and Lidl are available in Protaras.
