EXCELLENT ATTENTION

When making a review, besides the room and service, the most important thing is that the business can solve your problems. Even though there was a date error on our end, and even the agency I booked with wouldn't accept the change, we were able to make the change free of charge through their guidance.
I congratulate them and would definitely recommend them to others as well.

Peace and a wonderful holiday

I've been vacationing here for years, for better or worse, and the staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily, the food is good, and the breakfast is excellent. We were very satisfied.

A clean hotel

We chose the Hotel because it’s right outside the Eastern Mediterranean university. We stayed for 2 days. The rooms are a bit old yet clean and comfortable. Good for money. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was sufficient too. If we come back, we will stay again.

Fantastic Breakfast

I stayed at this hotel for a few days in September 2025. It’s located close to the city center. The building and the rooms were spacious. My room had everything I might need, and everything worked. The staff were friendly. The buffet breakfast was especially fantastic. I would go back just for that. It's not overly luxurious, but it's very nice. You get your money's worth. I would choose it again.

Could do better

We stayed at this hotel for four days as part of a package holiday. We were in room 420 which was massive. Full of empty cupboards and sink but nothing to make a tea or coffee with. The Shower room floor was very slippery floor and no slip mat. There were no English speaking programme on the TV despite lots of choice or programmes. There were no handrails on the stairs which we found ourselves having to use because of the long wait for lifts
With regard to the catering. The coffee machines in the restaurant were not working one morning leaving guests queueing for the one remaining.
It was not gourmet food as advertised by our holiday provider and there were lots of chipped plates and cups. The buffett desserts were not replaced frequently leaving guests without their choice, so we took our desserts at the same time as our main to make sure we had one. The one saving grace was the scrambled egg in the morning which was the best meal at the hotel.
