An experience that falls short for the price.

My stay was terrible, in the mornings I would wake up with the sun penetrating my eye around 7 am, so the sleep was bad, the duvet was tiny, my feet were sticking out from the bottom and my arms from the sides. As for the bathroom, a disaster, the water did not come out hot, I had to freeze, as a result of this I ended up with a fever and dirty, besides the toilet was uncomfortable, overwhelmed by the little space.
And the cleaning was terrible, they only came in, put the duvet in its place, and that was it.
And the food, don't get me started: little choice, bad taste, and small portions. So I had to eat food from the supermarket.

Regrettable

The worst experience of my life in a hotel. The food was terrible, the portion size was minimal, and they wouldn't let you have seconds. They wouldn't let you connect high-power electronic devices, and if you did, they would take them away from you. They would also enter the rooms without permission and move our belongings around, but at no point did they change the towels or tidy up the room (which is what is usually done in a hotel). The rooms were very old, and every night I would get up to flush the toilet because if I didn't, an unbearable beeping sound would go off the whole time, which wouldn't let anyone sleep. The hotel staff was pathetic. The tall man with white hair was very unpleasant and addressed everyone aggressively, even though we didn't do anything wrong. I had never felt so poorly treated by the staff anywhere in my life. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this type of experience to anyone, and I hope it is reflected in the demand from future customers.

The hotel staff would enter the room just to unplug the chargers and not to clean the room or change the towels

Read this before booking

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The food was of very poor quality and, furthermore, the portions were extremely small, making it impossible to be satisfied. The owner's treatment of the guests was also not appropriate, as he was unfriendly and disrespectful on several occasions.
The rooms left a lot to be desired. They were very old, poorly maintained, and the cleanliness was not what was expected. We even found spiders in the room, which made the stay even more unpleasant.
In general, it was a very negative experience and I would not recommend this hotel to others, as both the facilities and the service were far below expectations.
