Place of peace and calm! Location to improve

Hotel with attached restaurant and also of good quality and wide sought after offer, located in an area of almost open countryside, few cars, very quiet and green everywhere. Free parking included.
Maybe for the low season or I don't know, reduced check-in times and check-out at 11 , ascertainable the latter.
Friendly and welcoming staff, but also in small numbers and sometimes there was waiting to do if needed, as happened to us both for questions about the room and the bar.
Clean and quiet room, overlooking the lawn and stream, bed not the most comfortable but ok. Modern bathroom but to review some details.
Breakfast, as above, was sweet / savory but everything already on the table always reduced personal cause. Sore note, cappuccino not included and for a fee separately, about 9 euros for 2 people! Beyond that it was good and average quality.
Dinner for two, with a well-varied menu meat fish vegetables, fair prices and portions Ok. Wide selection of wines.
Right service times and good quality.
Both the fish and the meat were good , exceptional starter indeed.
Well, I definitely recommend, but at full staff capacity and maybe a more favorable weather to enjoy the outdoor space!

This is such a nice place to stay. Very calm and quiet on the countryside. The staff were super friendly and helpful in every way. Very good food and breakfast and bar if needed! There always seem to be a place to park a car just outside.
If I ever pass here again i would definately stay again!

The most charming inn you can imagine! Right on a little stream, the Domaine du Moulin d'Asselborn offers peace and quiet with all the services we could want. The room was clean, the beds very comfortable, the bathroom modern and well-equipped. We had dinner in the dining room, and it was excellent! The staff was friendly and helpful, answering our questions and giving us all the information we needed. This was the best place we've stayed on our trip!

Room: cosy. Well equipped. (no kettle? Can't remember)
Bathroom: shared with the room we got but very smart and only shared with two other rooms.
Staff: so friendly and helpful. Big fan.
Breakfast: 10/10 no notes
Bike: place to leave bikes over night safe and sound.
Area: quiet and lovely. Really awesome monument to European peace and prosperity.
Vibe: obviously a super loved local place to be. Very chill, very good. Highly recommend
