Awesome
Beautiful grounds, awesome staff, spacious rooms, great food.
I recently stayed here for 11 unforgettable days. Our flights changed a few times and working with Yan the reservations were amended without any issue. From the moment we were picked up at the airport to the time we left, we were so well taken care of. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well tended with a wonderful, clean pool. The ladies at the restaurant are absolute sweethearts and the food was delicious. Our rooms were spacious and clean with a safe and well stocked mini-fridge as well as large, modern bathrooms. The cleaning ladies were very approachable - always happy to help with anything we needed. The owner of the hotel chatted with us every evening about our days and to see that everything was satisfactory. Hussen took us on all of our excursions. He is full of information about the islands and local history and he always kept an eye out for us to make sure we were ok. He was flexible with our times and helped in making plans for what places to see when. His laid back, professional, friendly personality ensured stress-free outings every time.
Some people spoke French with a little English and some only spoke French. Our first language is English and we can speak a little French. Whether they had a question for us, or us for them, with a smile, some patience and some some gestures, we were always able to communicate back and forth.
We loved our time here and would go back in a second!

nightmare
We stayed for a night at this hotel. we were very disappointed as the service given was very poor. As we arrived for check in, no one was there to receive us we had to wait for 10 min before the receptionnist arrived.
We were taken to our room which was not properly cleaned. The bed linen as the towels were smelly. The extra bed didn t have any bed sheets or pillow on, we had to ask for them.
The water pressure was very little at first and later completely off. Again we had to ask about the water.
We went out for dinner and when we came back there was no one at the reception, we had to look around for some people in order to get our romm keys.
We were told at check in that due to our early check out breakfast could be put in a doggy bag whick would be delivered to our room at night but nothing came.
The night was terrible as the room was full of insects. When we woke up in the morning to do the check out the reption was closed, the hotel gate was closed no one around.

Terribly disappointed
Extremely disappointing – sadly, not what we expected at all
We had really high hopes when we booked this place, but from the moment we arrived, it was one letdown after another. The manager greeted us but was quite rude and didn’t speak a word of English, which made communication almost impossible. He first gave us an apartment without air conditioning – in this heat, that’s just not okay. After we asked for a change, we were moved to another room, which honestly didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly. Over six nights, I think we saw a cleaner twice.
Breakfast was extremely poor – just some old bread, a small bit of butter, and jam. No eggs unless you pay extra, even though our booking clearly said breakfast with eggs was included. If you want a proper coffee instead of the instant one, again, you need to pay.
No one on staff spoke English, which made things even more frustrating. The room was full of ants and cockroaches. The pool wasn’t clean, the sunbeds were old and torn, the outdoor shower didn’t work, and the indoor shower had barely any water pressure – we struggled to even wash our hair.
They didn’t even provide drinking water in the fridge. The towels had a bad smell, the bed linen wasn’t clean, and the mattress was so uncomfortable that we barely slept. On top of that, you could hear every single noise from outside. Bugs kept coming in through gaps in the door, and the mosquito net above the bed was covered in dead insects.
In the bathroom, there was only soap – no shampoo, no body wash, nothing else.
All in all, this place was a huge disappointment. It needs serious improvement in almost every area. I really wouldn’t recommend staying here – it was, unfortunately, one of the worst experiences we've had.

Dès votre arrivée, notre équipe – toujours accueillante et disponible – a fait de son mieux pour répondre à vos demandes, malgré une attitude exigeante et parfois irrespectueuse de votre part. Vous avez été relogés rapidement dans une chambre climatisée, propre et préparée avec soin, ce que vous aviez d’ailleurs confirmé sur place.
Concernant le petit-déjeuner, il est conforme à ce qui est indiqué lors de la réservation : pain frais, beurre, confiture, café ou thé. Vous avez demandé plusieurs extras (notamment des boissons spécifiques), que vous avez ensuite refusé de régler, ce qui semble être l’origine de votre frustration.
Notre personnel est toujours attentif, et même si certains ne maîtrisent pas parfaitement l’anglais, nous faisons le nécessaire pour communiquer efficacement et satisfaire les demandes.
Quant aux autres points évoqués (propreté, piscine, literie, équipements…), ils sont tout simplement faux. Nos chambres sont nettoyées chaque jour, notre piscine est entretenue quotidiennement, et nos installations sont régulièrement vérifiées. Aucun autre client ne s’est plaint de ce que vous décrivez.
Votre commentaire donne l’impression que vous souhaitiez bénéficier de nombreux services gratuits – y compris ceux explicitement payants – et que, face à notre refus justifié, vous avez choisi d’exprimer votre mécontentement de manière exagérée et injuste.
