good experience
On the other hand, in our room unfortunately the little fridge was really loud at night and it was quite bothering. The big outside pool were really good except that it could be cleaned more frequently (leafs in the water).
Overall great experience, would recommend choosing this hotel.

its worth to come back and stay bit longer
+ Finnish and infrared sauna
+ good menu selection of the restaurant
+ very friendly,courteous and multilingual staff.
+ excellent food in the restaurant.
+ very clean
+ small little dogs stay in the room free of charge
+ fresh made omelette for breakfast upon request without extra charge
+ very nice atmosphere in beautiful winter-garden for breakfast
+ spacious parking area, free of charge
+ romantic atmosphere around through little lake, bridge and lot of flowers
+ we got late check-out upon request without additional costs.
- very small room, upgrade not offered
- room was not well isolated against noise from staircase and homecoming guests
- not accessible for wheelchairs and handicapped guests
- no gluten free items for breakfast
- room heating possible only by air-condition which was was quite noise through the and and ventilation

Thank you for your kind review. I am very confused because of your words. I am not sure you stayed really at the hotel you have reviewed. All your statements are nonsense dear Gianluca. All of our colleagues speak English and we have CC terminal everywhere (reception and restaurant too). It is always on of the first questions during payment whether you would like to have an invoice or only receipt. The only possible way when we can’t issue invoice is when you have already paid to travel agency, because in this case you needed to ask them before purchase to issue an invoice for you. I think you stayed somewhere else but not at our hotel, your words are just not true.
We hope we can welcome you once to Nyerges Hotel Termál***Superior and you will experience the opposite what you reviewed.

There is no a/c at our hotel it’s true, it’s a traditional countryside hotel with traditional thatched roof too, so actually our guests find it special and unique in its way in general. I am sorry your stay didn’t convince you about that. Hope you will return one day and experience the specialty of our hotel as the majority of our guests do.
