Good hotel

Good hotel for a short stay, clean rooms, very friendly personnel. Very complete breakfast, a lot of choice. They also offer an airport pick-up and drop-off (Vienna international airport).

When we checked in, they didn't tell us all the hotel's conditions, they didn't tell us that the drinks in the minibar in the room are paid for, there was no shampoo for showering, there was no wifi in the room, there was no television because the antenna was damaged, the light in the room was terrible... there was no soap to wash your hands!
The restaurant was also terrible, cold food at breakfast, hair in the food, tasteless sausages, it looked like food brought from the trash, this has been a complete scam for two days, unfortunately I made a reservation at HOTEL EUROPA in Komarno, but I accidentally booked for days in October and I wanted to go in August, UNFORTUNATELY I had to cancel and there were no more rooms available, but surely this hotel does not deserve 4 stars, at most it deserves 1 star and that is a lot.
When checking out, the girl at reception spoke to me in a very inappropriate way, even insulting me for not wanting to pay €18 more... When checking in, they charged us €18 for drinking 3 cans of soda from the minibar. This is a real piece of rubbish of a hotel. I would like to get in touch with the owner or the manager of this hotel because the reception did not want to give me their number. Thank you very much for the scam of €262 for 2 days. I am super ANGRY!

Clean, friendly, delicious food.

Very good experience for a family of 3 at the end of a fourth day’s cycling between Vienna and Budapest. Family room spacious and spotlessly clean. Could have benefitted from having more power sockets (insufficient for all bedside lamps). Otherwise great.
Greatest surprise was the dinner in the hotel’s restaurant. Really tasty and above expectations. Excellent service on the outside terrace, which was resplendent with attractive plants, many in full flower (early June).

Very good hotel to stay when you're in Komárno

In Komárno for business when I stayed in this hotel. Very friendly staff which do not hesitate to think along and propose solutions. Rooms are clean and have what a business traveler needs. They also have a decent (free) Wifi internet connection available. TV channels do not include English spoken channels. Breakfast was good, with a variety things to choose from. For those who are interested, they can arrange for an airport pick-up/drop-off. (I came via Vienna International airport)

Good stay with great restaurant

The hotel is not directly in the city, it is more in between the two city on an island. The location is good if you arrive with your bike. Try to get a room on the backside. The rooms are spacious. Nothing to complain about. The food in the restaurant was very good. This is a recommendation to eat. Breakfast was also fine.
