Unfortunately not 5 stars
We stayed at this hotel over New Year's Eve. Overall, the stay was very nice, especially the water world was great and we enjoyed the individual pools very much. The food as part of the half board was plentiful and good, you can always find something that tastes good. Unfortunately there are also minus points: the room cleaning unfortunately does not work at all, after 4 days we had a thick layer of dust on the minibar and the individual shelves. It was actually just the beds that were made. The day before departure the towels were changed - absolutely not necessary for me! We had a "gala dinner" on December 31. This was disappointing, it was actually a "buffet". Since we were assigned the last table, some food was ready out of print - it was not refilled. There was also a crowd - everyone wanted to be first. At a dinner, I actually expected to be served. There should also be a raffle - our table was diligently overlooked - only "foreigners" sat here. Information was also given only in Hungarian only on complaint it was received in German.

THE ROOMS ARE HORRIBLE
the temperature is so hot to the point of children puking!They didn't change our towels once!we got charged us 64 euro for changing towels but they didn't even change them! The beds weren't made or changed! The service is horrible The staff is so rude even to children! We sat down to get 2 waters and a coke our total was 3700 huf we gave them 5000 huf that's all we had and they didn't give our change back ! We asked them about a refund on the towels and the he said no they did but they clearly didn't! They speak no English ! And I have a severe nut and peanut allergy and they wouldn't accommodate for me so I could have nothing at dinner at all ! OVERALL IT WAS A HORRIBLE STAY 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Shocking service, constant extra charges, no cleaning, unbearable heat. Treated terribly from start to finish. Never aga
This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The serving and reception staff were consistently rude and dismissive. Any reasonable request was met with eye-rolling, sighing, slamming objects down, and an overall attitude that guests were an inconvenience. Despite this, they still add a service charge as if the treatment were acceptable.
We stayed for 9 days and not once was our room cleaned. We had to buy our own bin bags to manage our rubbish because no one would remove it. Towels were only replaced when we specifically requested it, and even then, we were charged per towel, which we were not informed about beforehand. That was just one of several hidden charges we discovered. Parking was also charged even though there were no available spaces.
The hotel was excessively hot, and the air conditioning was either not functioning or intentionally locked to “winter mode,” meaning it only produced warm air. The rooms were unbearably stuffy, and by the end of our stay, our children were feeling light-headed and unwell due to the heat. Sleep was nearly impossible.
Whenever we asked for help or clarification, the response was simply “no,” without explanation or effort to assist. The overall attitude suggested that guests were expected to put up with anything without complaint.
What made this worse is that we were not the only ones experiencing these issues; we heard similar complaints from numerous other guests during our stay.
For the price we paid, the experience was unacceptable. Poor service, lack of cleanliness, hidden fees, and complete disregard for guest comfort. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Plenty of other hotels around the location

Cleaning
We stayed at this hotel for a few days. Apart from the fact that it was very loud on Saturdays due to the many children we found it pleasant. However, on the first day our room was not made. I reported this to the very nice lady who explained to me that the cleaning staff were no longer in the house. However, she would pass this on.
The next few days the room service was there, but neither the table nor the red wine glasses were cleaned. The beds just a little stripped down.
The dining area was very good!

The Spa Is not good for massage
My review is about the Spa not the hotel. I went there for a massage with my friend. I was sure that we will have a quality time for the higher price we paid. (Compare to other massage places)
However we felt a bit strange the whole experience was weird. Me and my friend got separated, I was led to room my friend was led to a gym room or similar with a massage bed in it.
There were no music, no candles, no mood really.
The masseur ladies were very nice but seemed unexperienced or maybe they were students. I felt that her movements were not finished or something was missing. When I was listening carefully I could hear a radio speaking in the other room. The whole experience was very odd.
I was expecting better experience for the higher price they asked for.
