Good Hospitality

Good stay and excellent hospitality! This was my second time staying at Strawberry Park Resort for work, and once again, the experience was wonderful. The facilities are superb, and the staff provide exceptional service.
I especially love how nature is the main attraction here. The peaceful surroundings offer a perfect escape from the noise and busyness of the city. It’s truly a calming place to unwind, recharge, and heal. I definitely hope to come back again in the future.
A special thanks to Mr. John for his kindness and warm hospitality. And by the way, THE FOOD IS SPECTACULAR! Especially the Chinese restaurant absolutely delicious and definitely worth coming back for! AND THEIR WESTERN FOOD OSO GOOD
Highly recommended and will definitely repeat again! ❤️

Great stay at Strawberry Park Resort!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and satisfactory. The service was top-notch. Special thanks to the manager, Mr John, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

A truly wonderful stay! The resort was beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality was exceptional. Everything was well taken care of, making the whole experience truly memorable.
A special thank you to GM John Yeo for the warm hospitality and for making our stay such a great experience. We truly appreciate it and look forward to coming back again! ✨

Unsafe to stay in, break-in experienced and staff was lax in assisting investigations

Appalling experience staying at this resort. On our last day of stay, after we returned from breakfast at the main building, we found our room door half open, and with no service staff in sight. We quickly informed our tour guide, and when he requested for the staff to review the CCTV footage and advise who illegally entered our room, the staff brushed him off, saying that because "there was no property loss" (we did not find any at the time), and that "the concern reported to them is only regarding the door being open, they are unable to proceed with CCTV viewing based on assumption that there may be a loss. CCTV footage is also subject to hotel policy and cannot be viewed or released directly to guest or guide upon request."
So, it is clear this is the kind of attitude the resort staff has towards guest safety and property security. Going by what their "theory", anyone can then trespass into any room or even their staff or security room, waltz around the whole night, and walk out without consequence, as long as there is "no property loss".
Would you want to stay in such an insecure place with equally appalling customer safety attitude, and put your loved ones at risk? I suppose not.

On top of the mountain

The location on the top of the mountain is easy to get to and has the most exquisite view. The resort feels luxurious and there are plenty of restaurants on the property to choose from. The pool is somewhat on the smaller side. The room is spacious, clean and has the most perfect balcony with a view. Definetly worth your money!
