The staff is so nice and friendly. Breakfast is great as well with a large variety of foods. There are peak times after breakfast and in the evening, when the wifi is very slow.
One thing could be better: The towel policy is a bit annoying. You only get two large towels, even if you travel in a group of three. This goes as well for the pool, where you only get two towels per room. Could easily be improved.

Friendly Staff and Memorable Hospitality

We had a wonderful stay at Wings Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was excellent and made us feel truly valued as guests.
What made our experience even more special was the thoughtful gift we received upon check-out, which was a lovely surprise and a great reflection of the hotel's hospitality and attention to detail.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend Wings Hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future!

Good review of wings of croske resort langkawi Malaysia

We had a very good time especially the a luxurious experience there was including a pool a playroom and are room we recommend it to you there was only 1 problem which is the car only goes to the airport thanks for a wonderful experience

Terrible condition at the room. It was very old and in bad shape and need an upgrade and smelled bad. The ac was very loudly and makes a strange sound that’s was very noisy when you try to sleep.

Very beautiful hotel, very spacious room.
facilities are very good the location is very good too right next to the airport and access to all the hotshots in the area. Very helpful and friendly staff highly recommended
