New and lux hotel with very good price
Come to Banting several times for bussines reason, our hotel being booked by the company many times which was a low budget hotel because it close to the the company’s shop.
This time they try to booked us a newest and more luxury hotel near by.
By the photo on the web I saw many type of room which are very good compare to our hotel before.
But because the company who were made a book directly to the hotel, we can’t tell which room that we were staying at.
So I just wanna review what we felt about this hotel.
No elevator in this hotel, but the stair the made a way for luggage. Staff were so so, nice Lobby, wave mode enterance door.
It’s kinda quirk at first time we enter the room, not only because the floor were oily but also because the bathroom has a see tru glass window.
Room itself small and simple. Almost no window, only a small aperture that they made like a small window.
Although this room better than our last hotel, but the room has not reach our expectation. Maybe this is the standard room type.
So, if I can choose, I will choose “Room with window” with more spacious space and close type bathroom with bathtub as the price was soooooooooo afordable.
Bed was good, pillow was still puffy, no stain, new and clean bed sheet.
Room was clean (not mention about oily floor) and bathroom look fresh. They provide hair dryer , fresh new towels and (only) one bottle soap/shampoo in the shower booth.
They also provide a pair of tooth brush and tooth paste, hot kettle and tea-cups, but no coffee or tea bag.
Although the door (main door and bathroom door) were so noisy and the room was not sound proof, Overall it was a pleasant stay.
TV channel were improving (they has HBO), lighting were good. You can choose night stand lamp or bright room mode.
For new, good location and luxury one, this hotel give you very cheap price, that is their double plus point.
Don’t forget to mention, when you booked this hotel, that you avoiding a see tru bathroom if private in a bathroom is a must for you.
There were many other type of room which more comfortable and with reasonable price to stay.

Rude, Arrogant, Suspicious conduct,Unhygienic Staff and hotel
The receptionist “tattooed Indian” is an absolute disgrace to this hotel. His behavior is beyond unprofessional and raises serious concerns. He answers questions in a bizarre, sluggish manner and is often rude, acting as though he owns the place. Despite being just a paid receptionist, he treats customers like they’re beneath him. He has no respect for basic decency, handling NRIC cards carelessly as if they’re trash.His arrogance is unmatched. When I asked for the manager to address his appalling behavior, he had the audacity to claim, “I’m the manager,” and then challenged me, saying, “Do what you can.” This is how customers are treated here? With arrogance, disrespect, and blatant hostility? What’s more alarming is his suspicious conduct. He often reeks of bad breath, his eyes are red, and his behavior suggests he might be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He’s been seen carrying beer and wandering around the hotel late at night. On one occasion, I even saw him go directly into a lady customer’s room, smelling foul and looking unkempt. Unusual noises came from the room afterward, completely inappropriate and disturbing behavior for hotel staff. Does the management even care about the reputation of their hotel? Are they allowing this kind of conduct without any oversight? Are drug tests even conducted for staff members? If this continues, the authorities AADK or the local police should be brought in to investigate. This hotel is absolutely not suitable for Muslims, families, or anyone with basic expectations of professionalism and safety.
