A good base for support.

Clean room and comfortable beds; we had to ask for our used towels to be changed. Kitchenette in the room but quite useless (especially since it had a broken shutter), it would be better to have a wardrobe or something similar.
The pool is beautiful and it's nice to hear the rooster crowing from the nearby fields.
In the bathroom, there is a socket ONLY for razors (hair drying is done in the room), continental breakfast with various options but the quality... needs improvement.
The road to the hotel is steep and the sidewalks are not very accessible. For some people, this could be a problem.

⛔️STOP!!!!! No no no!!! A FUÏ!!! ⛔️
The worst hotel I've ever stayed in!!!
We had room 105, a room located between the breakfast room and the staff room, so...don't expect to sleep. From 7am, even with noise-cancelling plugs in your ears, you will be awakened (sound of chairs, cutlery, people talking, staff laughing,...) The building is more than obsolete, not super clean, room not soundproofed, bathroom...no comment, breakfast that will make you nauseous, two single beds instead of a double bed,... so much to say.
The purpose of my comment is not even to take down the hotel but to avoid you feeling stolen.
You can't be satisfied.
In our case, we were there for one night only, it was just to sleep and leave the next day, so we had no expectation except that of sleeping.... it was a horrible.

Chicken Coop

Maybe 2 stars. The hotel is right across from a chicken coop, so be prepared for endless cock-a-doodle-dos starting at 4 a.m. While the hotel probably can't control its surroundings, it would be helpful to mention the hens and roosters on the website.

Better book somewhere else

Sleep is out of the question! I was here during Ramadan and it was very, very loud all night. I wanted to study for university and was often annoyed and hadn't had enough sleep. Even complaining several times didn't help much. Lots of students live in the hotel.
The bathroom has mold. When you shower, the water runs onto the floor, the curtain is too short! Danger of accidents.
It's extremely dirty behind the toilet. Furniture is broken and upholstery has stains.
You pay €20 per week for the kitchen, but the refrigerator urgently needs replacing. Rust.
The staff are nice. Rooms are OK. The location to the university was perfect for me.

a small and clean place to stay

The hotel is small and very clean staff helpful in the evenings is very quiet includes breakfast which is not great but is honest.
the location of it is ⁇ not ideal if you move by means of transport as the station to come is next but to get down to the valet is 8-10 minutes walk and the evening generally does not move soul.
