A Wonderful Family Stay with Thoughtful Touches ✨

We had a wonderful stay at the AX Palace in room 544 with my husband and our 2-month-old baby. It was such a comfortable and relaxing experience for our little family.
A very special thank you to Anil, our housekeeping supervisor, who looked after our room so beautifully every day. The attention to detail was incredible, and the towel decorations were absolutely lovely—they truly made me so happy.
Anil is a kind and dedicated person who does his job exceptionally well. His thoughtful touches made our stay extra special, and we are very grateful. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!

Lovely hotel with fabulous staff!

From the moment we arrived we were treated so well by all the staff, they were always so helpful and friendly.
The room was huge, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. On our first night although the aircon was working, it kept making a loud clicking noise cutting in and out every few minutes. We reported it the next day & Maris came to see what the problem was & got the engineer to have a look at it. Unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed, so she moved us to another room, which had the biggest bed i’ve ever slept in! She also gave us a voucher for a complimentary cocktail to use in the bar.
The breakfast was really good, offering a vast array of items to choose from including freshly made omelettes and pancakes. We ate at TemptAsian twice and the food was really good, the staff who looked after us were wonderful.
We made use of the indoor pool, sauna and steam room & also sunbathed on the roof terrace which had plenty of sun loungers and seating available. The infinity pool was lovely too.
Maris was simply outstanding, she is brilliant at her job, is so lovely and can’t do enough for you. She, along with her team are absolute assets to the hotel.

Great hotel, very helpful staff, big rooms, good gym and a good pool with lots of sun loungers. Extremely hot while we have been here and the aircon has been working really well.

Excellent service and cleanliness. But, disappointed with rooftop pool as this was very busy and noisy. I didn’t realised this is shared with sister hotel which made it overcrowded.

The Rooftop Restaurant - excellent

We dined in The Rooftop restaurant. The food was excellent and our waiter Kumar was nothing short of superb. Very attentive and friendly.
