Weekend stay in Apartment E13

I stayed in E13 with two friends in March 2026. We booked this with Michael on Booking.com.
In a very central location to Balluta Bay. Beds and couch were all comfortable enough to sleep in & the apartment was clean on arrival. Apartment is as described in photos on Booking.com. We have to commend the staff attentiveness they arrived within 30 minutes after we accidentally locked ourselves out.
Some minor annoyances were one or two sockets having no power and an awkward shower with no holder in the main bathroom (you have to hold the shower head with one hand). These are very minor annoyances and not too bad given the value for money.
Would recommend for groups/families of 3-4

The best in Malta..

All very beautiful just a stone's throw from the sea.
New and well furnished apartments. It can be easily reached from the seafront or you can also arrive by taxi. One of the best apartments I have ever stayed in.

The worst flat ever. Nothing to do with the pics

I hired the flat for one year and I realized the owner ( the company) never checked it before leaving the former tenants so the towels were full of excrement as well as the bed quilt, the chairs torn, and the curtain burnt and the walls full of foot prints. The price is really expensive and the WiFi is the worst I ever seen in any apartment for rent I have ever rented. I was ripped off by this company and the manager ( Neil). Do no let u happen the same.

Great location and accommodation

Stayed there for vacation in a Penthouse. I was really impressed by the flat. It was so clean and very spacious with a balcony surrounding the whole apartment. There is a kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove, cutlery...etc.). A washing room with a washing machine and ironing kit was also available. There is also a supermarket like 100 meters away.
From the flat you can reach the beach by foot in 5 mins as well as a lot of restaurants and shops.

One bed

Good points: Clean Large apartment room area, great location and walkable to interesting locations, washing machine, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Excellent customer service (Vicky rocks);
Bad points: cleaning supplies left exposed in the bathroom, more towels required, towels were stiff, no complimentary except for a small bar of soap, no instructions for washing machine or other kitchen appliances, bad lighting in the bathroom, no shelving for toiletries, no basics in the kitchen such as dishwashing liquid. Bedroom had no side lamps. No reading info brochures on Malta.
