Great location in the heart of Valletta for a very reasonable price. Good breakfast and rooftop bar, although a little small so need to book in the evening!
Rooms were spacious and there was a big sofa bed for our child. All the little extras were a lovely touch. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Somewhat disappointed

The room was very clean and well prepared. Reception was waiting for us and there were no difficulties in checking in and checking out.
The location was very central, especially to activity we wanted to attend.
The hotel was very quite and peaceful, yet the noise from near by restaurants and bars was not pleasant. This was augmented with the lack of cooling in the room, as the AC system seemed to centrally controlled and set to be 28 degrees, making sleeping difficult. Although the wall control allowed to put the temperature down, it still went back to 28. We reported the matter and were told that this will be reported to maintenance, which will be looked at, but we had already left.
I hope the other visitors did not have our same experience, as we were looking forward to this.

Centrally located, large rooms

Centrally located, in the heart of Valletta. Reception in the small central hall was very friendly. We had our room on the 1st floor. So no bother from the tourists on the street, here people live and dine outside, which looks fantastic. But if one sticks around, I imagine you can also be bothered by this. The rooms are very spacious and equipped with very good working air conditioning. Our room was equipped with a terrace. However, the view was a blind wall... Also on this side hang the exterior parts of the air conditioning units. But we were not bothered by this. They serve breakfast outside the door, about 200 meters. Great to do and of reasonable quality. One advertises with a rooftop terrace. Well, we did come out of this feeling cheated. The view is, just limited. The bar was also "under construction". We had our return flight at the end of the afternoon. However, the suitcases were carefully stored in a safe place, by the friendly staff. Nice hotel for a stay in this historic city.

Breakfast is very bad, poor selection and not enough, always something missing on the buffet...

great hotel, i was on the 4th floor (underneath the terrace) and it can be a bit noisy with setting up breakfast on the 5th floor early in the morning if you are a light sleeper
