I had a good rest

I like this hotel/hostel. Very authentic. A lot of toilets. Clean rooms. Good location, a lot of signs for easy to find it. Kitchen too small and not comfortable to cook for two persons at same time. Very comfortable terrace.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service!
I will never forget how disrespectfully the front desk staff treated my parents. He was extremely rude, and I cannot understand how someone like him was hired for a customer-facing role. Why speak to my parents so aggressively? What did they do to deserve that?
I booked through Booking.com expecting the room shown on the website, but upon arrival, we were given a completely substandard room. When we asked a simple question about the bathroom, he rudely snapped, "Don't ask me anything, everything is on the website, don't you know how to read?"
Imagine being spoken to like that face-to-face while trying to check into your room. When I asked him to watch his tone, he escalated and became even more hostile. Even if he was having a bad day, that is absolutely no way to treat guests. Terrible service, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.
Instead, I recommend finding an apartment a bit farther from the center. As I am writing this review, the elderly lady who owns our current apartment just brought us fresh fruit to welcome us. She was incredibly warm and hospitable. Compared to that hotel, this place has two bedrooms, a central living space, a TV, a fridge, and a fully furnished kitchen, all for the exact same price. Just be smart about where you spend your holiday and your money.

Hostel that u can call it Home

The best hostel excellent service and wonderful view on top I enjoy staying there and affordable prices, and it's in the centre of the blue Pearl of Morocco I love the view and city because it's serounded with mountains nature water falls and wonderful beaches ⛱ and great nature

Room and bathroom miserable, no comfort, sheets not washed,

Room without any comfort! We slept in sheets that stank right to the nose and because they are not washed! And all for the trifle of 500 DH for 1 night and 2 bedrooms! No heating in January and despite blankets that were also rooms, we got cold and little sleep!
No towel available! No problem since the "toilet watering hole" space is so miserable that none of us 4 showered.
No one at the reception when we arrived, the receptionist was at prayer.
Run away!

Budget-friendly hostel

A budget-friendly hostel, that exceeded my expectations with its remarkable cleanliness and inviting atmosphere. The staff's warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. An incredible value for the price, I couldn't have asked for a better experience during my stay at Chefchaouen
