Beautiful stay at César Marrakech

Hello, I spent 4 days with my family at the Cesar hotel, it is really magnificent, everything was very good, perfect.
The catering is perfect, the food is delicious and varied, the hotel is clean.
We had a great time at the Stah Lounge, an unforgettable atmosphere; we thank Mr. Jawad for his kindness and his warm welcome, and also Hamza.
I recommend Hotel Cesar with my eyes closed.

Amazing!!!!

This was an amazing experience through out, everyone was so nice to us, with no exception! From Imane at the reception, who was always with a smile to Mohssine at the restaurant, everyone was amazing and we really thank you for such hospitality!
This was our first time here, everything super clean, wonderful smell, tasty breakfast, even the gentleman who was serving the tea was so nice... highly recommend this amazing hotel and staff!!! Thank you all (room 17)

Incredible experience, go with your eyes closed you won't be disappointed

Amazing experience in this hotel that I sincerely recommend
We are received like queens, they are warm, welcoming, kind and very smiling.
The hotel is beautiful! The pool is amazing and everything is beautiful!!! You can also enjoy ancient artifacts such as a small museum in the hotel.
Imane the receptionist is very nice and extremely nice
The breakfasts are hearty and really delicious, we were served by Othman who is of a kindness and crazy professionalism!
Chef Madani prepared us super good omelets every morning, a treat ❤️❤️
Enjoy going there you are just 10-15min from the center of Marrakech

This is not a 5 star.
1. Their Spa (which is a 5 star requirement) is a fake spa. No sauna, no hamam (they say there is a hamam if you book a scrubbing session or a massage but you can't book).
2. They organise private parties for external guests in the restaurant and then blast music super loud until 01:00 regardless of staying guests complaining.
3. They over charge you for everything (bottle of water 70 dirham). When you check out they make up missing towels to try weasle extra cash. Everything is a scam. 2 different receptionist gave me different prices for the airport transfer.
During my entire trip in morocco i stayed in more budget friendly accommodations and no other hosts have acted as unprofessional, scummy and scammy as these guys. They treat customers like animals. I have no idea how on earth they got 5 stars.

Nice hotel but could be refreshed/renovated.

Well located. Not far from airport. Best to ask room not on the side of the court, because in the morning this is busy. Full and tasty breakfast. Friendly male staff, very helpful.
There is, however, a young lady at the desk who is not so friendly at all and acts from on high.
Hotel offers shuttle for airport, evening pre-checked at desk. However, had forgotten to pass on to driver and almost missed our flight because of late arrival because the driver is still notified late. Better take a taxi (yellow!) that you can easily find in the streets during your stay and ask his phone number to contact.
Lovely stay by the pool. Great rooms.
